This is where I tell you about works in progress.
Some of them are progressing in the sense that they are unfinished.
Some of them are finished in their first or second (or third or fourth) draft and are being beta read, proof read and prodded and poked by long suffering heroic friends.
Some of them are trying to find agents or publishers, on the grounds that they are ready, or as ready as they ever will be. The agents or publishers might disagree. I haven't found any yet. Some of them are early attempts which may or may not be revisited, revamped and re-evaluated.
I gave this section the title 'further fiction' to distinguish it from 'flash fiction', not to suggest that everything here is novel length! The short stories are included here out of interest - I am not currently considering publication or even rewrites. If you want to know more, click on the titles.
Works which I am hoping to submit for publication are not on this site because potential publishers would object. A writer's own website counts as prior publication. I hope to have password protected pages at a later stage, for known friends and beta readers to access.
I am, however, allowed to tell you all about my 'babies', give progress reports and even, from time to time, small 'tasters'. If you want to know more, go to the index.
I am currently involved in four attempts at publication.

Writers don't always have much choice in what they write...
